Thames Water offer free Priority Service to customers who may find themselves in vulnerable circumstances. By registering for this service Thames Water aim to provide free support in the unlikely event customers have no water, by prioritising the most vulnerable first and tailoring the support to their needs.

Thames Water can tailor their services to meet customers’ needs, from using their preferred means of communication to delivering water to their door, giving them peace of mind at a time when they need it most. Financial support is available too.
Included in the eligibility criteria are people of pensionable age, with mobility issues, mental or physical difficulties or those dependent on water for their health, such as dialysis users. Financial support is available to some households.
Thames Water work with Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks and UK Power Networks to help customers benefit from free support during both power cuts and water supply interruptions.
